Who has the Nutcracker spotted?!

A new illustrated character made as part of @inkygoodness 21 day portfolio challenge!

I wanted to showcase my storytelling abilities and decided to take on a winter classic!

I taught myself @mohoanimation to bring this guy to life, for the life of me I could not loop the snow 😅

I love sharing my process and the journey my brain goes on when making things. It changes, though, all the time. Art process, the adventure, its where the magic lives.

1. A wavy clay tile that broke in the place she wanted to, so I love her just the way she is
2. An inked print ready to be transformed
3. The collograph, she was sacrificed to make a plaster mould for the clay tile, she'll live here now
