Γεια! I am Ornella Xarikleia Akrivopoulou— artist, illustrator, and creativity mentor. I am half Greek and half British, currently based in Thessaloniki, Greece. I like to refer to my visual language as Tradigital, all my works starts off as hand made printmaking marks (lino cuts, monotypes or collagraphs), I then scan them into the computer to digitally collage and colour them. I discovered the world of printmaking at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA and ever since my creative mission has been to love every mark.
As a neurodivergent artist, I interpret life’s details and my creative briefs differently from the rest of the world. Because of this, I am a storyteller at heart, finding new ways to share my stories through mark-making.
I have always felt deeply that we all have something to say, through my unique visual lanuage, I can help you do that. Let’s collaborate and make authentically together. For you, for me, for our ancestors, our inner child, for the generations now and the generations to come.
